TARA'S SHIPPUDEN OUTFIT OFFICIAL I SWEAR!!!!!

I know I designed lots of outfits but this is official!!!!! (Only out of town XD) what got cut off were hernavy see-through knee-highs with a pair of short black normal sandals and in the knee highs theres no toe parts.
