TARA"S NEW OUTFIT!!!

I SWEAR I LOVE THIS OUTFIT ON HER ITS SO PLAIN AND SIMPLE AND HER HAIR'S DOWN! :D I am ssssooo sorry for not editing in a while XP but ive just had sssoooo much homework and now i have a project!!!
